5:15 pm Amrit Level I Sequence:
In this class, Nitya takes students through the entire Level I Amrit Yoga 26-posture Sequence. With continued practice, this sequence is specifically designed to lead students into a deeper experience of integration. 5:45 pm Amrit Level II:
Through the practices of Amrit Yoga, learn to listen to your own body, mind and heart from a state of self-acceptance. Class begins with a short Yoga Nidra to relax the body & mind, as the physical asana practice begins, you are calm allowing you to practice at your personal edge, learning to relax while in the midst of tension.  This practice is a valuable tool to promote balance & peace in your everyday life.  The practice ends with seated pranayamas & meditation. Join us for a complete journey into the practice of  Amrit yoga.  This class guides you through multiple levels of authentic yoga by combining 45 minutes of asana practice with 45 minutes of guided meditation.
