Stacy Cristo is a holistic psychotherapist practicing at Santosha Yoga Studio.  She has studied various forms of yoga since 1998 and Authentic Movement since 2000.  She has

also sought the support of cranio-sacral, acupuncture and Chinese herbs for healing.  Through Stacy’s personal healing and professional studies and practice she has learned the power of using psychotherapy with yoga and /or other healing modalities for deeper inner support and growth.  Stacy offers a free 15-minute phone consultation that can be used to ask any questions pertaining to your needs or for further information regarding Stacy’s practice.  Stacy has been described as being comfortable to work with and insightful.  She has the ability to deliver loving-kindness while also encouraging hard work in developing your inner-witness: an act that assists you in becoming more responsible for yourself and in your life which in turn is a powerful and boundless existence. Debbie Gleadow is a Spiritual Healer who uses the Depth Hypnosis method as the foundation to her healing.  Depth Hypnosis is a combination of Buddhism, Traditional Psychotherapy, Shamanism, and Hypnotherapy.  Debbie works in this realm in order to heal any emotional, spiritual, physical or mental blocks that one may have.  Results are worked through deeply and are long-lasting.  This is a powerful process that puts the client in control of his or her healing where one’s holistic health will be brought to the “next level”.  This can be used in tandem with other forms of therapy.  Debbie also offers Reiki, group and individual shamanic drum meditations, and dream analysis.

Debbie sees clients of all ages.  She is Early Childhood certified and taught for five years in East Greenwich.  She also has been ministering to RI couples for over three years now and feels honored to be the officiant of their wedding ceremonies.  She now offers pre-marital and marital counseling.

Debbie feels so fortunate and blessed to have the freedom and choice to live this life.  She sees how her life experiences have woven together to lead her to this place of spiritual consciousness.  Debbie speaks through the Spirit of Love whether she is performing your religious ceremony, is working to empower you in a therapeutic situation or is teaching and guiding.
