Energy Integration

Step into optimal health with a well-rounded energy integration treatment.

First, a card reading is conducted to assess the state of your energy field. Lindsey will discuss with you how any blocks and restrictions are manifesting in your life to ground the material and draw upon the power of conscious awareness.

Next, a healing session is performed while you are seated and fully clothed. Depending upon your needs, Lindsey uses a combination of Master-level reiki, sound healing, crystals, guided meditation, visualization and affirmations to bring your energy back into balance and strength.

Finally, individualized suggestions are offered to help you maintain your progress between sessions. These draw upon a multitude of approaches to create a healing protocol as unique as you.

Rates:
60 minutes for $65; 90 minutes for $95

Availability:
At this time, Lindsey is only offering sessions by appointment only via Zoom. Some modifications to the format will be necessary, but luckily energy healing is not bound by time and space. Please send her an email at lindseyrosmarin@gmail.com stating that you would like an energy integration session through Santosha, the session length you are requesting (60 or 90 minutes) and your general availability (including time zone). Most requests can be accommodated in less than a week.
