Robin Crook started practicing yoga some forty years ago. Recently, it became a more consistent part of her life. She’d finally found, through Amrit Yoga, a kind of yoga that she identified with and that she knew would be most beneficial to her overall wellbeing. Life experiences led Robin to the path of teacher training, and she’s excited about using her Amrit teaching certification to help spread the gift of this practice with others.
