Beginner Meditation in Motion class can help bring your yoga practice to the next level and move deeper. Students are guided through sequences designed to reveal, through personal experience, the innate intelligence of prana (life-force energy). The meditations and sequences serve to move the student from “making yoga happen” to “letting yoga happen.” Students will experience Yoga Nidra, pranayama, movement, Q&A, and other specific tools to aid students to move into deeper awareness. Though this class is physically accessible to students of all levels, Meditation in Motion is considered a more advanced practice. Please come with an open mind and a willing body. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and share experiences at the end of each class.
