Gentle Amrit Yoga With Parvati

Amrit Yoga focuses on the use of asana (postures), pranayama (breath), and the Amrit Yoga concepts of energetic alignment. It is designed to bring attention to each part of the student’s experience. In this gentle version, Parvati often introduces Ayurvedic concepts and incorporates principles of therapeutic yoga to aid in relaxation. Students will use a variety of props to help deepen their experience.
