I AM Yoga Nidra, or “Yoga Sleep“ is one of the deepest and most profound meditations one can experience. As you are guided into a deep but conscious relaxation, Susan offers remote Reiki throughout the meditation to the class. Susan also offers individual remote healing energy, to those who would like to receive it, during the deepest and most relaxed stage of the meditation. To prepare for the session, please be ready to sit or lay in a quiet space and have any props (blankets, eye covering, bolster for under the legs, etc) you might want to use to ensure you’ll be supremely comfortable during the guided meditation.
