Start your week by getting rooted to rise up and find your strength. This 75 minute practice begins with a slow focused breath and movement warmup to harness the earth's grounding energy. Then, we will move through a yang flow to work through some issues in the tissues and establish building blocks for a strong peak pose. We balance our practice with a long cool down and meditation. Each week gives you the opportunity to survey the body from the beginning of the class to end, observing what's changed. 2 Blocks and a yoga strap are recommended.
