Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

This is the perfect time of year for a good book, a warm blanket, a roaring fire and a hot cup of cocoa. Here is Padma’s recipe for chocolatey self-care.

Ingredients:

2 cups Oatmilk or milk of your choice

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon

Pinch of salt

In a small saucepan slowly heat the milk to a simmer (do not boil).

Whisk in cocoa powder, cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Smile and sip slowly.

Double the recipe and share with someone you love.

To make it even more special top with a dollop of cocowhip or whip cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
