Beginner I AM Yoga

An introductory level of the Amrit Posture of Consciousness (Level 1) Sequence. Each session we will move through the majority of the sequence. Occasionally, Parvati introduces new poses to challenge students, and to have some fun. As much as is possible, Parvati will tailor the class to meet the needs of her students –whether they are in need of a more physically challenging class, a more relaxing class, or more breath-work.
