Join Janie Ganga to learn more about the 8 Limbs of Yoga! First, we’ll talk about how the Self-Reflection and Meditation practices can support you in these times of Uncertainty. These Limbs can support your on-the-mat physical practice as well as any other movement practice that you enjoy.
Next, you will be invited to draw your own 8-petaled flower. Bring your journal, a piece of paper, or canvas and some colored pencils, crayons, or markers. Also helpful - an object to help you trace a small circle – like a can or bottle. :D
Finally, we will embody the 8 Limbs with a short guided experience.
