Join Janie Ganga for a full yoga practice of I AM Yoga. This is a Hatha Yoga style that integrates moments of meditation throughout the practice. The flow includes 26 poses – with warm ups, standing poses, Sun Salutations, Warrior Poses, Standing Balances, Seated, Face-Down, and Reclined Stretches and movements. The class ends with Shavasana for full integration. Unique to I AM Yoga, you’ll get cues for Press Points & Energetic Extensions to connect you to sensations within a pose; and then during the Second Half, you’ll be guided to moments of stillness to feel the impact of the pose.
Our recommendation: the first time you practice, use the Video with a device & a screen that you can easily see! That way, you can glance up, especially if you aren’t completely certain about the shape, to get a visual reference. And when you repeat the practice, just use it as an Audio – so you can be more present in your own experience without being distracted by any visuals. As we sometimes say in a loving way: “Stay on your own mat!”
