I have been a yoga practitioner for over 15 years and was initially drawn to the physical practice as a way to move and de-stress at the end of my work day. Over the years my practice has grown to incorporate the more subtle and energetic aspects of yoga. I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance and am currently pursuing two 300 hour advanced yoga teacher certifications. I am known for teaching grounding classes that integrate breath and mindful movement to cultivate greater focus and self-awareness. During the day, I am a human resources leader for a large health care and well-being company and have a passion for helping people live healthier, more balanced lives. I currently reside in Austin, Texas with my husband Matt and two boxer dogs Olive and Jordie.
