During this Integrated Amrit Method Yoga Nidra class, various tools such as breath, visualization, tension and relaxation and body scan are used to help facilitate deep rest and relaxation. The parasympathetic nervous system ( rest and digest ) is activated. As a result, the body/ mind can heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

During this guided meditation, you are awake and aware. There is no prior experience necessary and anyone can receive the benefits of this class. The class is 45 minutes, but I welcome a check in with students in the beginning and an opportunity to ask questions/ share at the end of class if desired.
