Seated Tai Chi and 5 Element Qigong Series

Santosha Yoga is so excited to host this new Seated Tai Chi and 5 Element Qigong Series!

Seated Tai Chi is a structured practice that translates beautifully to the Zoom screen and can be an accessible and effective physical health program. Just like all forms of Tai Chi, this program integrates the mind to help improve mental focus and concentration. This opportunity to be physically and mentally engaged manifests a sense of well-being, increased confidence, and internal physical health benefits.

This program was developed by Dr. Paul Lam, founder of the Tai Chi for Health Institute, for individuals challenged with temporary or permanent impaired mobility due to arthritis, stroke, Parkinson’s, paralysis, or other musculoskeletal conditions. It’s also a great starting point for students who are new to Tai Chi, for individuals who are ready to begin increasing their activity level, and with doctor’s approval, for those who are recuperating from injury or surgery.

$99 for full series of 6 Fridays at 11:15am-12:15pm ET - 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16

This special Series is separate from our regular class cards and memberships. (Santosha Members save $5.) Please pre-register ASAP to commit to the full program of all 6 sessions. Registration closes on Thursday 1/11 at 8pm ET.

$20 for a Drop-In on any of these Thursdays.
